POSITION OVERVIEW
Take ownership of the property, facilities, rides, and attractions by overseeing all aspects of facility maintenance, safety, inspections, preventive/daily/annual maintenance, and cleanliness. Prevent problems before they occur by developing, implementing, and overseeing preventive maintenance programs that include routine inspections and maintenance of structures and equipment, along with evaluation of processes. Administrative duties include required paperwork, parts/supplies ordering, setting Team schedules, continuous training and ensuring Team Members follow all safety regulations.
